The NECA-IBEW Electrical Training Center is the Portland Metro and Vancouver's premier trade school for turning out highly educated Journeyman Electricians. We have always placed a tremendous amount of value on our students and workers who attend our rewarding programs. When we combine our education with the talent and determination of highly motivated individuals the result is a work force that is unmatched in quality and craftsmanship.
It is to this end that we welcome anyone who has a desire to be a licensed electrician to apply to our school. We will accept and review all applications without discrimination or prejudice, and will indenture a select group of qualifying applicants into the apprenticeship program.
